Pam Fletcher
Pam Fletcher is Delta Air Lines’ Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer leading the company’s work toward net-zero emissions by 2050. She and Delta’s 85,000 people are focused on eliminating Delta’s climate impact from flying and embedding sustainability across the airline’s business to create sustainable, eco-friendly travel and work experiences. Short-, medium- and long-term actions define each of these focus areas that, along with the power of Delta people, fuel the global carrier’s industry leadership on sustainability.
Pam has over two decades of experience in a number of other automotive and transportation leadership roles. She earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan and Wayne State University in Detroit.
