Yasodara Cordova, or Yaso, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in research, public policies, and software engineering. As the Chief of Privacy, Digital Identity & Trust Research at Unico IDtech and a distinguished member of the investments committee at the Co-develop Fund, Yaso's impactful career includes roles as Senior Fellow at the Digital Kennedy School, the Belfer Center at Harvard, and membership in the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society, also at Harvard. With a focus on technology, governance, and ethics, she has contributed to the World Bank's governance sector during her tenure as an innovation consultant. A Mason Fellow at Harvard's Ash Center for Democratic Governance, Yaso's commitment extends to involvement in several community initiatives in the open source/open data realms and leadership at "Serenata de Amor Operation," an anti-corruption A.I. platform in Brazil. Recognized twice with the Vladimir Herzog Award in Journalism and Human Rights, she continues to shape discussions on ethical technology practices, bridging the realms of technology and societal impact with her initiatives.
