Paul is VP of product for Dolby's developer platform, Dolby.io, and is passionate about the intersection between online entertainment and communications. Paul started his career as an academic and telecommunications researcher focusing on network games and virtual environments. In 2004 Paul founded a startup called "Spatial Voice" based on his research outcomes. Dolby acquired Spatial Voice, and he continued to build spatial communications products and services for games, virtual environments, and conferencing within Dolby. These spatial communications services have scaled up to millions of concurrent users.
