Heather Kumari McClellan
Heather Kumari McClellan does executive coaching and emotional intelligence-related training, facilitation, and conflict mediation for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100, with clients including Y Combinator startups, Square, Uber, and Siemens. She's also a speaker on EQ topics.
Heather's conducted empathy trainings for Fortune 100 executives, and her innovation work with Siemens resulted in endeavors that generated over $200 million for the company. One of her long-term coaching clients is a founder whose private company went from a $40 million to over $1 billion valuation over the course of their coaching. She works with venture funds to clear up leadership team dynamics.
Heather is an expert in running events to facilitate group bonding as well as EQ deepening. In the past decade, she's trained and mentored over 300 facilitators, and for five years she ran and co-grew a relational skills training group in Austin to the largest in the world, from 10 to over 2,000 members. Her trainings have sparked over two dozen new EQ training communities globally. Her Austin organization is now an official 501(c)(3) non-profit, for which she is on the board of directors. Heather holds an Advanced Coaching Certification, level two of two, from Columbia University.
