With creativity and entrepreneurial spirit at her core, Jess has developed a portfolio career with a diverse background in the arts, media and music industries. Her career to date includes artist liaison at the Isle of Wight Festival, project management for an award-winning arts organisation, digital marketing and community management. She has also written more than 20 non-fiction titles which have been published internationally.
Jess is the Chief Community Officer at SyncVault, a promotional platform that enables artists to kick-start influencer marketing campaigns with YouTube creators. Through her role as Community Officer, Jess works as a liaison between the influencers and artists to create brand presence and trust through content distribution, digital engagement and community support, building digital communities and further developing the artist-to-fan relationship.
