Esteban is a product leader and exec with 15 years of experience. He’s currently the VP of Product at Fleetio, the #1 fleet management software.

He is also a tech startup advisor, and writes the Substack newsletter Product State - featuring insights from product leaders.

He formerly had roles at Hootsuite, HYP3R, Sprinklr, Samsung, and Amdocs.

Esteban is passionate about solving problems with software, and developing customer-centric, mission-driven product teams. His teams have impacted millions of users and driven hundreds of millions in ARR.

He’s been a speaker at conferences like INDUSTRY, SXSW Interactive, CES, LeWeb, and Internet Week.

Originally from Guatemala, Esteban lived in the U.S. for a decade — and Canada for another decade — before moving to the Austin, TX area where he now lives with his wife, two kids, and one dachshund.
