Rachel Hsu

Rachel is a passionate, innovative, and highly accomplished business leader with global experience in both B2B and B2C marketing across various industries, from start-up through Fortune 500 companies. She’s currently a co-founder and managing director at CollabNxt, working with global partners and sponsors to promote their brands.

As a transformational coach, Rachel has also expanded CollabNxt to include Transformational coaching. She brings her compassion and a whole-personal approach and supports her clients to design and transform the life they want to live and to embody their authentic personal leadership.

Through her career, Rachel always strives to give back and to pay it forward. She has volunteered coaching hours to immigration groups as well as anyone in need of coaching during the pandemic. She is also a volunteer leadership coach at United World Coaches and an active mentor at Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
