Justin Solar
Justin Solar is currently Vice President, Entertainment Marketing Division at 42West in NYC overseeing a slate of clients across film studios, TV networks, streaming platforms, production companies/producers and more.
Prior to 42West, Justin served as Vice President of Entertainment at R&CPMK in New York for five years.
Prior to R&CPMK, Justin has held various roles within Entertainment publicity at Fox Searchlight, 20th Century Fox and Entercom Corporate Communications. During his time at Fox Searchlight he was on the National Publicity team responsible for Academy Award winning films Birdman, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Brooklyn, He Named Me Malala, Wild and more. At 20th Century Fox, Solar worked on blockbuster titles including Deadpool, Hidden Figures, War for The Planet of The Apes, Ice Age: Collision Course, Logan, X-Men Apocalypse, Trolls and The Boss Baby. During his time at Entercom, Solar worked on the corporate communications plan for their $2.4 Billion merger with CBS Radio and managed day-to-day communication strategy for 235 stations across 48 markets.
Justin is a graduate of the George Washington University and currently serves as co-chair of the GWU Media & Communications Alumni Network and resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife, Emily, and Australian Labradoodle, Mac.
