Avijit Ghosh

Avijit is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, Boston, advised by Dr. Christo Wilson, studying Fairness, Transparency and Ethics in Algorithms. He strives to find answers to questions about the societal impacts of modern data driven platforms and technology's role in addressing inequality. He has published ML Bias papers in several top academic conferences, and has industrial research experiences through internships at Fiddler AI and Twitter.
