Sonia Koshy

Dr. Sonia Koshy is the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation of the Kapor Foundation, who oversees the evaluation of programs and initiatives that aim to drive equity in the tech ecosystem. She also helps to disseminate key research related to transforming tech ecosystems in the more inclusive spaces. She is a Senior Personnel on the NSF INCLUDES-funded Alliance for Identity-Inclusive Computing Education towards broadening participation in computer science. In addition, she leads the external evaluation of the California state-funded grant towards developing professional development opportunities for computer science educators across the state.
