LaMecia Butler

As Program Manager for Supplier Diversity at Meta, LaMecia Butler shapes the engagement between Meta’s supplier diversity team and key stakeholders that range from internal buyers, management, media, diverse suppliers and industry partners. Before Meta, LaMecia was a principal at GEM Legacy Management which consults with a select group of small businesses and nonprofits whose mission and efforts are focused on community impact. LaMecia was director of community relations for the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, and earlier the community relations manager for the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee. LaMecia worked in marketing, PR and grant management earlier in her career.
