Weszt Hart

Weszt Hart is a specialist in Player Dynamics, an emerging field of design focused on creating optimal social conditions in and around digital ecosystems. His mission is to teach the world how to make it safe to be social and more rewarding online for everyone.

As the Head of Player Dynamics at Riot Games, Weszt leads a company-wide collective of designers and developers to develop multi-minded thinking, trailblazing behavior solutions, and a teachable craft. Weszt is also an executive steering committee member of the Fair Play Alliance, a regular conference speaker, and a former signed indie music artist.
