Nancy Hill
Hill became CEO of Marcus Thomas after serving as a consultant and then a member of the agency's Board of Directors. She is one of the advertising industry's most prominent leaders, having served as President and CEO of the 4A's from 2008-2017; running her own agency; and spending more than 30 years in leadership of some of the world's best known agencies and brands.
