Divergent Convergent

Since joining the media and advertising industry a decade ago, Rachel Lowenstein has been on a mission to leave it better than when she arrived. Her creative contributions to the media landscape are marked by a common thread: masterful storytelling that inspires social change.
Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Unilever,
Booking.com, CHANEL, Nike, Google, UN Women, Getty Images, Nestlé and more on cultural fluency in marketing.

Today, Rachel owns her consultancy where she leverages her expertise in cultural fluency, brand strategy, and storytelling to guide Fortune 500 companies on the complexities of culture to drive brand growth. Her achievements have been recognized with numerous honors, including a spot on Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 in 2023 and Advertising Week’s Female Is Female Award in 2022. As a sought-after speaker,
Rachel has been invited to prestigious stages worldwide, including the United Nations, Cannes Lions, SXSW, CES, Advertising Week, and Yale University.

As one of the few openly autistic executives, Rachel is committed to smashing stereotypes about
disability as a leader. To prevent neurodivergent girls and women from enduring the same struggles she faced due to widespread stereotypes of autism, she co-founded The Neu Project, a human design consultancy that reimagines a world where all minds can shine. The Neu provides direct revenue and job opportunities for neurodivergent creatives and entrepreneurs by working with businesses on projects
related to neurodiversity, accessibility, universal design and disability inclusion.

She is also a content creator with a community of over 110,000 followers across platforms. Her
platform, @rachelissan,empowers neurodivergent individuals to embrace their authentic selves in their lives and in their careers.
