Zai (he/they) is a Technical Writer in the software industry. He works as part of a multi-disciplinary team. His role is to ensure the final product is easy to understand and seamlessly communicated. They also ensure that the product deployment steps are clearly outlined for the intended audience. As a Technical Writer, Zai documents software architectures, APIs, DevOps procedures, Data Models, and much more! What Zai considers to be the most exciting part of their work is that he is always learning about new technologies and deciphering how to best share that information with the goal of bridging communication across stakeholders, teams, and employees.
