Jen Lyon

Jen Lyon has been part of the live music industry for over 20 years. Starting as a hostess and working her way up to talent buyer and curator. Career highlights include: Programming non traditional acts in traditional rooms like Joe’s Pub, once owning a 1000 capacity DIY venue in Brooklyn when Brooklyn was still on the fringe, presenting niche artist including Mykki Blanco and Young Thug at Summerstage, co-owner of Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, and being part of the opening team of multiple venues in NYC including: Volume, Output, Santos Party House, 205 Club, and others. Presently she is putting on shows in NYC and Detroit, and working on restoring a historic storied Chinese restaurant in Detroit to create a 700-capacity venue.
