Carlee (Carl) McClellan

Carlee (Carl) McClellan received his bachelor's degree in chemistry at the University of Arizona. Prior to his work with the Navajo Nation, he worked for various environmental consulting firms and laboratories, focusing on water quality and hazardous waste. Together with colleagues at the Navajo Nation, NASA DEVELOP, NASA's Western Water Applications Office (WWAO), and the Desert Research Institute (DRI), Carl's work has expanded the Drought Severity Evaluation Tool, a platform custom-designed to directly meet the community's needs.
