Julia Bramante

After working in immunology and organic synthesis research, Julia transitioned her career to the cannabis industry in 2014 at Gobi Labs, one of the first cannabis testing facilities to open in Colorado. Julia currently serves as the Cannabis Reference Laboratory Manager at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, in which the lab’s primary focus is conducting in depth method development and validation studies for application to reference methods.
She is an active leader/member of several scientific societies (AOAC, ACS, APHL) dedicated to the advancement of the science, standardization, and public health and safety of cannabis.
