Naashom Marx
Born and raised in Kentucky, Naashom’s adventurous ways took her across the U.S. to the top of the Grand Teton and over to Regis University in Denver where she received a BA in Liberal Arts. As a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, Naashom served in Bangladesh from 2003 to 2005.
She earned a master’s degree in community planning and economic development from the University of Cincinnati as a Peace Corps Fellow. She went on to work for NGO’s in Bangladesh and Uganda to bridge gaps between the non-profit, entrepreneurial and for-profit sectors. Upon moving back to her hometown, she embraced her learnings overseas and applied them to helping people start and grow businesses. Creating generational wealth amongst all communities, particularly those underserved is her true passion.
