As a career attorney, my strong voice contributed to the powerful conversations concerning casteism, sexism and colorism in Netflix's global hit show Indian Matchmaking. I embraced my role as an overnight ambassador for those women demanding to have their voices heard - not only in their choices for a life partner, but also in the workplace, in their homes and in every space they occupy. I am the best-selling author of the non-fiction memoir called, “She’s Unlikeable: And Other Lies That Bring Women Down,” in furtherance of my strong belief that the tired negative tropes surrounding women must be dismantled systematically.
