Kelly Crawford is an environmental expert working to advance equity and environmental justice on the local, regional and national levels. Kelly with over 10 years of experience as environmental and emergency management professional, including environmental justice, air quality compliance, enforcement, environmental permitting, and remediation of environmental health hazards and climate change she leads a team of scientists and engineers developing and ensuring compliance with air quality regulations through the lens of equity in the District of Columbia. As the state air pollution control officer for the District of Columbia, Kelly serves as chair of the Mobile Sources Committee for the Ozone Transport Commission and Co-Vice-president of the National Association of Clean Air Agencies.
