Nico is a multidisciplinary artist and game developer, and has experience in building indie games, interactive digital art, AR installations and VR experiences. She has a passion for imaginative interactive experiences as well as complex systems such as video game software engineering and cities. She has been doing extensive analysis on principles of decentralized governance and community building, drawing analogies from analog autonomous organizations to the booming DAO space.
