Colin O’Donnell

Colin O’Donnell is a serial social-entrepreneur on a mission to influence the co-evolution of humans and technology, with a passion for cities and urban innovation. His most recent company, Control Group, sold to Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs. Colin spent the last 3 years exploring nonhierarchical IRL communities in San Francisco and traveling California in a van. Seeing the shift to remote work as a major disruption to city economics, he launched Kift - listed by Balaji Srinivasan as one of the most important web3 companies building toward a Network State. Kift envisions and is executing on a path towards a geo distributed city. He's also the founder of SEED, a nonprofit designing and building regenerative human-centered cities, currently developing a prototype on Burning Man's Fly Ranch.
