GRAMMY Award winner Emily Lazar is the Founder and Chief Mastering Engineer of The Lodge, a world-renowned mastering, mixing and specialized recording facility. She has mastered thousands of albums by the most celebrated artists in the world. She is known as the leading female in her line of work and has been profiled in Billboard, Variety, and Associated Press. In 2021, she launched her own nonprofit, We Are Moving the Needle, to support women in the recording industry.
