Alex Montes Flores

Alex Montes-Flores (she/her) is the Director of Latin Commercial Strategy & Label Management for Ingrooves Music Group. She is responsible for managing release strategies and label development for Ingrooves’ Latin labels and artists across U.S. Latin and Latin American markets. She works with a range of powerhouse labels, including Rich Music, DEL Records, NEON16, Carbon Fiber Music, and La Familia, as well as managing releases from Latin superstars Tainy, Sech, Lunay, Eslabon Armado, and Luis Alfonso Partida EL Yaki.
