Ariana Ferwerda

Ariana is the co-founder and CEO of women's outdoor apparel brand, Halfdays. Ariana aims to make waves in the outdoor industry by building a brand that is approachable, inclusive, and fun. Ariana grew up in Michigan, where she originally learned to ski. Upon moving to Colorado, she was incredibly frustrated by the lackluster outdoor apparel industry, specifically due to its lack of focus on women. Prior to starting Halfdays, Ariana was working closely with Fortune 100 retailers, helping them leverage big data to make strategic decisions. Ariana's retail consulting and analytics background led her to identify the major opportunity in the ski wear market to build an authentic brand by and for women.
