Mirella is a Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) in CIO Software & Developer Experience at IBM, leading Mobile Applications DevSecOps. She is an innovative software engineer with over 20 years hands-on experience with multiple web and mobile technologies. As an engineering manager, she has led teams, large and small, with a shift-left mentality, to deliver value incrementally and continuously, while successfully achieving business objectives.

In addition to approaching work with a customer-centric mindset, Mirella is a firm believer that diversity of thought and creating the space for innovation lead to better and more successful products.
