Sevana Massih
As her life’s work, Sevana is steadfastly committed to smashing disability stigma and removing systemic barriers to drive accessibility and disability inclusion through innovation and cutting edge solutions, rather than compliance.
Currently, she is Vice President of Service Delivery at Aira. In this role Sevana provides strategic direction to scale Aira’s services, meeting the growing demand for visual interpreting as an accommodation by public, private, and higher education organizations.
Prior to Aira, Sevana was an accessibility leader for Starbucks Coffee Company where she set the strategic direction and led disability hiring efforts, integrating accessibility throughout the enterprise and driving wide adoption of universal design principles. Sevana is currently based in Seattle, WA
