Shannon Nash

Shannon Nash is the CFO of Wing, a drone delivery company & subsidiary of Alphabet, Inc. She is Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee, and member of the Audit Committee at UserTesting. She’s an attorney, CPA and recognized as a Qualified Financial Expert by the SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s in accounting from University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce & a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law. Passionate about Board diversity, she serves as a Board Advisor to Black Women on Boards, an Executive Board Member to How Women Lead, & Mentor for Santa Clara University’s Black Corporate Board Readiness Program. She’s an award-winning documentary film producer for Colored My Mind, best short at 2013 American Pavilion in Cannes.
