I am a brand strategist with extensive experience building and implementing strategies for B2B and B2C brands, such as Petrobras, Lubrax, Podium, and Share People Hub. For the last three years, I've worked as an employer branding strategist at Share People Hub and now at Radancy, a global talent technology leader. We work for big multinational companies like Intel, Amazon, Dell, Itaú, Citi, and others.
I started teaching employer branding strategy this year at Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco. I am also organizing a group of HR leaders to attend SXSW 2023 in partnership with the Brazilian HR Association - chapter São Paulo (ABRH-SP).
