Liz Wiley

Liz is an attorney with Grable Martin Fulton, PLLC where her practices focuses on business law, litigation, and governance challenges in Web3 and emerging technologies, including DAOs and distributed ledger technologies. Her multi-disciplinary background in litigation, intellectual property management, and business transactions lends itself well to the legal challenges that clients face with evolving regulatory environments. Recent engagements include working as general counsel for a Web3 company building digital asset management platform. She has spent decades working on collaborations, cultural and economic, between French and Texas startup ecosystems. She is a co-founder of French Tech Austin, is the Honorary Consul of France, and is on the French American Chamber of Commerce Board.
