Born into a fifth-generation ranching and farming family and a climate scientist by training, Ann spearheads sustainability and climate change initiatives aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. As Head of Carbon Reduction at Neutral, Ann leads, defines, and implements Neutral’s strategic vision for decarbonization. This work involves partnering with producers, researchers, and innovators to pilot and scale adoption of climate smart conservation practices. Currently Ann manages a portfolio of on-farm projects that over their lifetime will reduce or remove more than 65,000 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (MTCO2e). Before joining Neutral, Ann spent more than 15 years leading, strategizing, and advising on climate change initiatives for major consulting firms and corporations
