Andrea Lamari

Andrea Lamari is a GP at Manhattan Venture Partners, a VC fund focused on secondary direct investments in pre-IPO companies. She leads the SF office and is responsible for the firm’s growing West Coast presence and team. Working directly with 100+ late-stage private companies, Walne has facilitated over $10b worth of transactions. Walne was recognized in Venture Capital Journal’s 40 Rising Stars Under 40 in the global VC space. As one of the first female execs in the space, Walne has been leading private company liquidity in the secondary market since its early days, beginning her career as a co-founder of Forge Global. Before joining MVP, she built and led the Liquidity Solutions team at Carta. Before Carta, she was a director for NASDAQ Private Markets, where she ran business development.
