Caitlin Ryan

Caitlin Ryan is the Chief Strategy Officer at Rise. She runs the Rise Justice Labs accelerator program, which has successfully incubated 9 teams since 2019 that have gone on to write and pass a total of 8 laws in the United States. Caitlin comes to Rise with a decade of experience as a strategy consultant, where she focused on social impact issues, namely ending modern slavery. In 2016 she served as Deputy Director of Operations for the Hillary Clinton campaign in Wisconsin and went on to become a National Organizer for the 2017 Women’s March on Washington. She was recognized as a Glamour Magazine Woman of the Year in 2017 for her work with the Women’s March. In 2019 she stood up the Mayor’s Office of Policy in Washington, DC.
