Michelle Habecker

Michelle Habecker graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She began her career in the Entertainment Industry in 1998, working primarily for Sony Music Entertainment in both New York and Los Angeles. She also has experience working in fashion retail, wholesale, and sales and marketing. In 2012 Michelle relocated to Austin, Texas and joined the team working at the Texas Film Commission (TFC). She is the primary point of contact for video game and commercial applicants to the Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program (TMIIIP). More recently, her responsibilities expanded to include facilitating engagement opportunities for industry partners, including education and outreach opportunities for a variety of stakeholder groups.
