Joe Paul

Joe Paul is the CEO of Byte Back, a tech nonprofit committed to achieving digital equity through inclusive tech training. Under his leadership, Byte Back was named the 2022 DC Chamber of Commerce, Non-Profit of the Year. Joe previously served as the Executive Director & COO of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, which has more than 730 chapters and over 290,000 members worldwide. He founded Campus 2 Careers Solutions and has also served in senior management positions with The Stafford Foundation, District of Columbia Government, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow following positions in human resource management. Joe holds two bachelor degrees from Florida State University.
