Music industry veteran Josh Zieman has 40 years of experience managing and marketing music at both indie and majors labels. Josh has held senior marketing positions at EMI, Mercury, Columbia, Blue Note, and was the GM of Jullian Records, Papa Joe Records and Razor & Tie. Josh has helped market and brand releases by artists including, David Bowie, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bon Jovi, The Cardigans, Dixie Chicks, and dozens more. Josh does A&R for Jullian Records and has Sid Simons, Oh He Dead, showcasing at this year’s SXSW. Josh is the owner of Inkind Music, a label services consulting company whose mission is to assemble and guide marketing teams to release new music. Recent clients include Because Music, BMG, Caroline, Crow’s Feet, Jansen Records, Jullian Records, Kartel Music Group, Obsidian Music, PIAS, Primary Wave and Propeller Recordings. Josh manages Israel Nash, and Post Punk pioneers Modern English.
