Lisa Osborne Ross

Lisa Osborne Ross serves as Edelman’s U.S. Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Ms. Ross leads the firm's largest region with 13 offices and more than 2,300 employees. She is known as an in-demand counselor to senior executives at Fortune 500, higher education, and government institutions. Alongside Pharrell Williams, she is co-chair of Mighty Dream, a creative advocacy agency built to create work that effects social change with, by, and for communities of color.

Prior to Edelman, Ms. Ross served as Managing Director of APCO Worldwide’s flagship office and in several senior roles at Ogilvy. She held several roles in the Clinton Administration, including Communications Director for the Department of Labor’s effort to create and promote high-performance workplaces.
