Nick Maiale

Nick Maiale is the Founder and CEO of jump.global – an impact agency built for the music business where he partners with executives to manage their personal growth and professional careers. The company also works with music companies and conferences on business development, community building, and event programming. Previously, he spent more than ten years at the Music Business Association & Music Biz Conference, where he started as an intern, ultimately leading to various roles in strategic development within the organization through partnerships, marketing, and membership acquisition. He is a graduate of the University of Miami's Master's program in Arts Presenting & Live Entertainment Management, and also holds his undergraduate degree at Temple University in Public Relations. Nick is an active member of The Other Nashville Society (TONS) sitting on its industry leadership council and is also a 2022 HITS Magazine Noisemaker.
