Anderson Le

Anderson Le diligently works in the global promotion of independent and world cinema as Artistic Director of the Hawai‘i International Film Festival (HIFF). In addition to his duties at HIFF, Le is a programmer for the Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy and the Ho Chi Minh City International Film Festival in Vietnam. Le has consulted for several film festivals including the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, Singapore International Film Festival and Reel Asian in Toronto and has taught at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in South Korea. In 2020, he co-founded EAST, a transpacific production company producing global content. Their latest project MAIKA was an official selection of Sundance 2022.
