Sara Sutton has long been passionate about helping people find jobs, and a pioneer in doing so. For the past 15 years, she has been a leading advocate and change agent for remote and flexible work as the Founder & CEO of FlexJobs. She also started Remote.co in 2015 as a resource for remote teams and companies. She began her career in 1995 when she co-founded JobDirect, the first online entry-level job site (sold to Korn|Ferry International in 2000). She was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014 and to the Edmund Hillary Fellowship in 2020. Sara believes that integrating remote work can positively impact people’s lives and transform organizations to be more productive, healthy, environmentally-friendly. Sara holds a BA from UC Berkeley, and resides in Boulder, CO.
