Solving the Global Healthcare Crisis
Millions lack access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. In the U.S. alone, 40% of deaths from leading causes are preventable and one-third of bankruptcies are medical related. The U.S. also spends nearly twice as much on healthcare compared to other developed countries, but ranks last on healthcare outcomes – a fallacy that healthcare access and quality must come at higher costs (known as the “Iron Triangle”). It’s time to disrupt healthcare at its core.
This presentation covers how it's possible to reinvent healthcare with user-centric, data-driven solutions; highly capable technologies; and global accessibility. Join the discussion about scaling low-cost, high-quality healthcare: exploring flaws of the current system, possibilities for the future, and the role of technology.
