As many across the U.S. question the value of a college degree, a false dichotomy has emerged: job seekers either pursue college or an “alternative pathway”. Despite employers and jobseekers trending towards skills-based education, college remains one of the best predictors of economic mobility. This session explores collaborations to provide learners with options that fit their needs and ultimately lead to good jobs.
