In any organisation, the smallest unit of performance is the team. Performance emerges in this space between people. We know when people in a group commit to working together, have each other’s back and foster a unique identity, amazing things happen.
After working with 100s of teams and speaking with global thought leaders in neuroscience, medicine, anthropology, design, business, innovation, sports and performance – we’ve found a few key variables that consistently make up high performance environments, i.e. the conditions for teams to make anything it takes on a success.
