Our session will discuss what considerations are needed for women’s digital health and medtech developers to protect women during fertility management and family building in the post-Roe era. Considerations must be made for tech developers around securing patient privacy and improving care access. Over 9 million women in the U.S. struggle with infertility. Bringing women’s health to the forefront of the conversation is more important than ever. Already limited reproductive health options and access to them are more restricted for women. Innovation in the industry is lagging with no new options for infertility or permanent birth control in decades.
