We’ve been talking about Trans 101 for too long. In today’s political environment we have to move beyond 101—pronouns in bios and talking about bathrooms—and start talking more in-depth about the importance of protecting and affirming trans people beyond these entry-level topics. In this discussion with well-known members of the transgender community, we will discuss topics related to discrimination in healthcare and healthcare's importance in trans people's safety, the need to ensure we are protecting and affirming our talent who are both out or looking to come out, the importance of hiring and retaining transgender talent in your companies.
