The Workforce Needs Financial Wellness, Not Snacks
Many companies believe that they’re uber-progressive and unique in how they’ve designed workplaces to attract Millennials + Gen Z workers — still offering stipends for everything from meals to meditation as edgy perks, even for remote employees. In reality, they are completely missing the mark in appealing to today’s workforce.
Let’s be real and give employees what they really want. Especially for younger employees – facing down student debt, rising inflation, and an ongoing pandemic – many of whom are struggling to reach life milestones and have endured massive challenges over the last two years. This session will detail what the workplace of the future should really look like beyond flexible work, if companies stand a chance of retaining their most valuable employees.
