Beyond Biohacking: Making Healthy Aging Accessible
What if we told you that you could thrive until 120 years old? What about 130? The truth is, nothing in our biology says that there’s a specific limit to the human lifespan — there’s nothing set in stone telling us we have to age.
Best known for his work on understanding how to slow the effects of aging, Dr. David Sinclair is a Harvard researcher in the field of aging and longevity, the author of the bestselling book, Lifespan: Why We Age – and Why We Don’t Have To, the co-host of the popular Lifespan podcast, and co-founder of Tally Health.
In this talk, Dr. Sinclair, and Sean Lynch, Head of Product Management at MetaLab, walk through the science of aging, what we can do to turn back our biological clock, and the work they’re doing to make healthier aging accessible to all.
