There is a discovery problem in podcasting...people are making good shows but how do you stand out in all the noise? This session will give people the tools to grow organically (and we will touch upon paid options) from partnering with other podcasts, pitching yourself to media, and applying to be featured in apps. A growth strategy is crucial if you want anyone to hear your show, and it's often the last thing people think about. Almost nobody is focused on podcast marketing, but this is Tink's speciality. We work with huge shows and I have tons of tips for other big shows but small indies, also. They are all dealing with the same problems to scale. Let's have some fun.
