It’s widely understood that how we see the world has changed since COVID. With that comes a mix of emotions around how and why we travel, with each traveler craving bespoke experiences. In 2022, Virgin Atlantic set out to go the extra mile and help its customers see the world differently, giving every customer journey that individual touch.

In this session, Shai Weiss, CEO of Virgin Atlantic, will join hands with other consumer brand leaders to discuss the importance of creating positive memories with and for customers, underscoring that no detail is too small. The panelists will discuss strategic ways they have overcome barriers to create positive brand experiences in recent years and why the collective choice was made to continually elevate experience whilst in a state of survival.
